The most expensive work in your business is the work nobody decided to do.
It accumulates quietly. A check introduced after an incident five years ago, still performed daily. The same customer entered into three systems because no one agreed which holds the truth. A quote that waits two days for an approval nobody reads. An enquiry answered for the four-hundredth time by the person you hired to run the department. None of it appears as a line on the P&L, and all of it is paid for — in salaries, in turnaround time, and in the deals that go quiet while someone gets to them.
The same information captured repeatedly, differently, by people who do not trust each other’s records.
Work waiting on a person who is in a meeting — approvals, quotes, replies, reports.
Enquiries, follow-ups and renewals that fall through simply because the week got busy.
Processes that live in one person’s memory and leave with them.
None of this requires a larger team. It requires the work to be designed, and then carried by a system.
Understand it. Get it right. Then automate it.
Automation applied to a flawed process does not fix the process. It industrialises it. The middle step is the one most firms skip, and it is the reason so much automation disappoints the people who paid for it.
Understand
We follow the work, not the org chart. Every tool, form, approval, spreadsheet and message thread that a piece of work passes through — including the ones that are not supposed to exist.
Get it right
We redesign the workflow before any technology is chosen. Redundant steps removed, ownership made explicit, the corrected process agreed with the people who perform it.
Automate
Only then do we build — the right steps, in the right order, with the judgement calls left to your people and the repetition handed to the system.
Clients frequently find the second step recovers more time than the third. We consider that a successful engagement, not a lost sale.
Seven capabilities, engaged singly or as one programme.
Most clients begin with an assessment. Some arrive knowing precisely which process is costing them, and we start there.
Operational assessment
A structured examination of how work moves through your business.
- —Process map of the real operation
- —Prioritised opportunities, quantified
- —Effort, cost and payback for each
Workflow design
The process corrected before any technology touches it.
- —Redundant steps and approvals removed
- —Ownership defined at every stage
- —The corrected process, agreed and documented
Automation engineering
The routine steps executed without a person in the middle.
- —Documents, reminders and handoffs
- —Approval routing and exception handling
- —Monitoring, logs and manual override
Applied AI agents
Narrow agents that read, decide and act within boundaries you set.
- —Scoped to a single defined task
- —Evaluated on your historical cases
- —Human checkpoints on consequential actions
Claude Code enablement
Your engineering team working with AI as a discipline, not an experiment.
- —Environment, permissions, repository configuration
- —Project instructions, skills and shared commands
- —Review standards that hold quality
Systems integration
Your existing platforms brought into one version of the truth.
- —CRM, ERP, billing, spreadsheets, messaging
- —Reconciliation and de-duplication
- —Sync rules, change logs, rollback
Team enablement
Adoption engineered as deliberately as the software.
- —Role-wise training in the language your team works in
- —Written runbooks for every system
- —Post-deployment review and tuning
We build for clients. We also build for ourselves.
Two products developed in-house for the front line of healthcare operations, where the cost of an unanswered question is measured in patients. Licensed as they are, or configured to your organisation.
AI Receptionist
AvailableA conversational front desk for hospitals and clinics, delivered over WhatsApp. Handles consultant availability, OPD schedules, charges and package rates, books and reschedules appointments, issues reminders, and escalates anything urgent to your staff immediately.
Voice Bot
In developmentAn AI that answers the calls your desk cannot. Converses in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi and English, establishes what the caller needs, completes what it can, and transfers the rest to your team with the context already captured.
From first conversation to a system your team runs.
| Stage | What happens | What you receive | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Understand | We follow the work end to end with the people who perform it, recording every step, tool and exception. | A map of the operation as it truly runs, with the friction quantified. | 1–2 weeks |
| 2. Design | The workflow itself is corrected — sequence, ownership, approvals, exception paths. | A redesigned process, agreed by your team and documented as a standard. | 1–2 weeks |
| 3. Build | The highest-value component is engineered first and run against your real data alongside the existing process. | A working system you can evaluate on evidence, not a demonstration. | 2–3 weeks |
| 4. Deploy | Release into your environment with monitoring, fallbacks and a defined human escalation path. | The system operating, with runbooks and support arrangements. | 1–2 weeks |
| 5. Transfer | Training, documentation and a tuning window. Ownership passes to you. | A team that can operate and extend the system without us. | 30 days |
If the assessment shows that automation will not repay its cost, we say so and the engagement ends there. That has happened, and it will happen again.
Systems you own, on infrastructure you control.
The terms most firms leave to the contract, stated on the website instead.
Your environment.
Everything is built in your accounts, against your credentials, on your data. Nothing depends on a platform only we can access.
Auditability.
Every automated action is logged and attributable. You can always establish what the system did and on what basis.
Boundaries by design.
Consequential decisions — financial, contractual, clinical — carry a human checkpoint. The system’s authority is defined in writing before it is granted.
Graceful failure.
When a system is not confident, it stops and escalates with full context rather than proceeding on a guess.
Documentation as a deliverable.
Runbooks and architecture notes are handed over as part of the work, not sold back to you afterwards.
Exit without penalty.
If you end the relationship, the systems remain yours and continue to run. There is no dependency to renegotiate.
What distinguishes this firm.
We correct the process before we automate it.
Most providers sell software for a workflow that should not exist in its present form. The redesign is where much of the value is, and we do it first.
We build products, not only proposals.
Two systems of our own, engineered and maintained in-house. A firm that ships its own products understands what it costs to keep one running.
We design for how work is really done here.
Messaging-first, multilingual, resilient on poor connectivity, usable by staff who will not open another dashboard. That is a design constraint, not an afterthought.
Ownership is transferred, not retained.
Your infrastructure, your data, your documentation. No leverage held back for renewal.
Fixed scope, fixed fee.
The deliverable and the price are agreed before work begins. No open-ended retainer absorbing hours.
FAQ
Why redesign the process? Why not automate what we do today?+
We could, and it would work — precisely as badly as the current process, only faster. Most workflows carry steps introduced for reasons that have since disappeared. Automating those makes the wrong thing efficient. The redesign takes a week or two and frequently returns more than the software does.
How quickly does something become operational?+
The first system is typically running within six to eight weeks of the assessment. Single-workflow engagements move faster.
Do we need technical staff of our own?+
No. Most clients have none. Where an engineering team exists, we work alongside it and can establish Claude Code as a working discipline so the team continues building after we withdraw.
Where does our data reside?+
In your infrastructure, under your credentials. We work under a signed non-disclosure agreement from the assessment onward and will operate within your own data-handling policy where one exists.
What happens when the AI is wrong?+
Every system has defined boundaries and an escalation path. Where confidence is low or the decision is consequential, the work stops and goes to a person with the full context attached. Every action is logged.
Which industries do you work in?+
Our products are built for healthcare. The consulting practice spans manufacturing, professional services, real estate, financial services and retail — any operation where quotations, follow-ups, approvals and documentation consume the week.
Do you work with clients outside your own region?+
Yes. Engagements are delivered remotely across India, with on-site work where the assessment requires standing in the operation rather than describing it.
How is this priced?+
As fixed-scope engagements in INR, quoted after the assessment call, so you are approving a defined deliverable rather than an estimate. [Insert ranges when ready to publish.]
Begin with the process you would least like to explain to us.
Thirty minutes is usually enough to establish whether a workflow can be improved, what it would take, and whether it justifies the cost. Where it does not, we will tell you.
